Tim Day Managing Director
Tim Day is an estate agent with a track record of success, with over 20 years' experience of selling, letting and holiday letting residential property across prime central London. Tim started his career in 1996 with Berkeley International estate agents in Kensington and soon became a key member of the sales team which led to the business being acquired by Douglas & Gordon in 2004. During this time he regularly appeared on television (The Money Programme, Tonight with Trevor Macdonald, ITV London Tonight) for his commentary on the London market. In 2010 Tim launched Cutler & Bond estate agents which specialises in garden flats across prime Central London, and was chosen by SKY, as one of the three leading UK estate agents, to be part of their TV show 'Let me sell your house'. With the trend of holiday letting becoming prevalent in London in 2015, Tim launched Air Manage London, an airbnb holiday letting management company which complemented his estate agency activities and in doing so became the first London agent to be able to provide clients with a full service offering: sales, long term letting & holiday letting. Having schooled in East Anglia (Felsted School) Tim always had strong connections with the Suffolk & Norfolk coast, and a natural progression of expansion followed for his holiday letting brand with Air Manage Suffolk launching in 2017 and soon after Suffolk Coastal estate agents in 2018 and Norfolk Coastal estate agents in 2021.

Miranda Bramall Sales and Marketing Consultant
Miranda Bramall joins Norfolk Coastal bringing a new skillset to the team. Miranda grew up and went to school in Norfolk, moving to London after university and began her career as a wedding and events planner for a high-end London catering company. She moved back to Norfolk after starting a family and now lives just outside Reepham. For the last ten years, Miranda has worked for the Holkham Estate on the north Norfolk coast, initially organising private events for the family in the Hall and then as weddings and events planner. She has a great knowledge and love of Norfolk and it’s landscape and spends much of her spare time exploring the Norfolk coast with friends, her children and family dog. Miranda is now transferring her planning and organisational skills to estate agency and assists Tim Day with sales and marketing activities.
