Owners notes:

“This is our Happy Place”.  We have had such restful and peaceful times at Cliff Mansions, our home away from home.  Our genuine reason for selling is that we have loved North Norfolk so much we now live here permanently. Cromer and its surrounding areas has so much to offer throughout the seasons. The beaches are just incredible, woodlands, countryside and some wonderful national trust properties all provide excellent walks and time away from the everyday routine.  The apartment provides a warm, cosy, light and airy atmosphere. Sharing this beautiful historical building with family and friends has been really special and many have had wonderful family holidays here as well as ourselves.  Having a good relationship with the other 3 apartment owners has been a great experience and our annual meetings discussing how we are able to maintain the upkeep of building have become a friendly social gathering to catch up also.  We’ve enjoyed some wonderful beach days, amazing walks along the north Norfolk coast path, visits to the many national trust properties, fireworks on the beach on New Year’s Day, summer carnival, the end of pier shows, ice cream, the lifeboat display days, cinema, the endless sunrises and sunsets never disappoint!  We hope you will enjoy this apartment as much as we have.
