Planning: Full detailed planning permission was approved on 20 July 2020 by East Suffolk Council. Ref DC/20/1843/FUL. Interested parties can view the application and should satisfy themselves with any conditions that have been made by the council. A full set of Building Regulation drawings have been completed.

Preliminary work: All necessary preliminary work has been completed, including soil investigation report and foundation layout. The plot is 'oven ready' i.e. construction work can commence immediately.
